  Shivani has been absolutely amazing to work with! She has been such an incredible support to our team as we’ve learned how to use LeadAR and make the most of everything it has to offer. She is patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to make sure we feel comfortable with the platform. She consistently checks in to ensure everything is working correctly and is always incredibly prompt in responding to any questions we have. Whether it’s an email, a quick question, or something we need help troubleshooting, we can always count on her to get back to us quickly and help us find a solution. What I appreciate most is that she truly seems invested in our success and in helping us use LeadAR to its fullest potential.   I am a new medspa owner and went with Aesthetic record as my EMR system. Naturally, I needed a marketing company that I can communicate with patients and I went with lead AR. I was connected with Michelle who is my client success coach and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is always available and answers any and all of my questions every time I need them. This is a complicated system and I am so grateful I have Michelle to lead me throughout this process. What I like Most about LeadAR is the clinical support I have with Michelle and I could single-handedly say that my success with using LeadAR would not be the same if I didn’t have her help.
