  Excellent onboarding experience with HighLevel so far! The platform is incredibly powerful, and while there is a lot to learn, my onboarding specialist Sushmita made the process feel much less overwhelming. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions as we connected systems and started building my account. We even had several interruptions with the breakout meeting feature, but she remained calm and helpful throughout and made sure I was brought back into the session each time. We scheduled a second call because I kept stopping her with questions, and she never made me feel rushed. As a small business owner, I really appreciated her patience and support. Thank you, Sushmita, for such a great first experience with HighLevel!
