I was then billed $97.00 for that month, again twice for the next month after calling them and re-cancelling! It has been another month now and they are refusing to return my 2 payments. I am on a limited income, and 2 payments of $97.00 is a MAJOR UPSET for me. I even tried asking for them to let me have the 2 months on the platform that I never used, but "no, you have canceled so you would have to pay another payment to reactivate the account". This is absolutely the most money-hungry, double-billing, complete waste of internet space. If your deciding on whether or not to get this CRM...If you can afford to be double-billed every month, and have them tell you "after 3 days we cannot refund the money" then this is for you...if your on Social Security and on limited funds I am warning you, they will burn you and not flinch an eye...they do not care about they're clients whatsoever.
