I'm now finding that even though the entire set up didn't smoothly transfer like I was told it would be, every time I get on a zoom call with a HL helper, they do help me and even better than before. Each helper has different information it seems but they still do a really good job of getting your needs met each time, so for that I'm grateful. My most recent advisor/helper was Cheszka and she was phenomenal. She had great patience with me and was pleasant. She solved my problem fast. She knew exactly what to do to solve it and showed me how to avoid issues in the future.
