  VIP helped us with an extremely complex phone upgrade project. They dissected the project into smaller chunk-sized tasks that could be completed after hours and not interfere with our daily operations and completed the entire project without any issues! Kudos to them for keeping us up and running with a special shout out to Layne Weatherford who was the mastermind behind the effort!

  Jemel is so professional every single time he is in our office. He always makes sure everything is back up and running before he leaves, which gives us a lot of confidence that the job is done right. Once he completes his work, he consistently asks if there is anything else I would like him to take a look at, which shows how much he truly cares about providing great service. I really appreciate that he is such a perfectionist—his attention to detail absolutely shows in the quality of his work. By far, he provides some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. I genuinely enjoy working with Jemel and would be extremely sad if he ever left the company. He is a huge asset to the team!
