  Foundation software is a really good accounting construction tool. Our company has been using it for over 18 years now. The support staff is exceptional and they do offer many classes for training and new features are being offered throughout the year. I believe it to be a pretty good user friendly tool for project accounting, payroll, etc.

  We’ve had a great experience using Foundation Software for our business operations. The platform is powerful, especially for construction accounting, payroll, and job costing. It has helped us improve organization, track projects more accurately, and streamline several of our day-to-day processes. Their customer support team has also been responsive and knowledgeable whenever we’ve needed assistance. While there is definitely a learning curve due to how robust the software is, the functionality and reporting capabilities make it worth the investment. Overall, Foundation Software has been a valuable tool for helping our company stay organized and operate more efficiently.

  FOUNDATION has been a great fit for our construction accounting needs. The job costing, project accounting, payroll, and reporting capabilities are far more construction-focused than most general accounting systems. It handles union payroll, certified payroll, and multi-state work very well. The customer support is also outstanding — easily some of the best software support we’ve worked with. Their reps are knowledgeable, responsive, and actually understand construction accounting.
