- HShanna salehSep 4, 20261.0Our experience with Meevo has been extremely disappointing. The system has serious bugs and does not perform as promised, creating problems for our daily business operations. For approximately three months, we worked repeatedly with Meevo’s support and implementation teams to resolve the issues. We invested a significant amount of time explaining the problems, attending meetings, and attempting their proposed solutions. Unfortunately, the system still does not work properly, and their team has been unable to fix it. We requested cancellation because the service was not functioning as expected. Instead of taking responsibility for the unresolved problems, Meevo informed us that we would remain responsible for monthly payments and MeevoPay minimums through the end of the contract. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Meevo. Businesses considering this platform should carefully test every required feature and fully understand the cancellation terms before signing a contract.

I was using a month to month platform that was working with my business structure so I had no intention to sign up on a contract. I requested a cancellation within a few days yet am being held responsible for an annual contract. Bad business! I do not recommend any service or product from a company that doesn’t have ethical practices. They are terrible in timely responses as well.
