There’s not a single good thing I can say about this company from their unclear contract, hidden fees, empty promises and lack of software functionality. They said they’d solve the issues I was having with Square but instead presented a hundred new ones. As soon as I signed the contract they basically said I was stuck now and there was nothing they were going to do to help me, the dismissive attitude was deplorable. Thank you Sarah for costing my small business nearly $1000 with absolutely nothing to show for it.

This company sneaks in surprise fees and is now demanding $50 for services that were never explained, discussed, or approved in any meeting. They add charges without consent, provide no meaningful support, and still expect payment. Nothing about this feels honest or ethical. I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau. Dealing with them is a mistake you will wish you avoided.

Even more frustrating, the company does not take accountability for its services or billing practices. Concerns were brushed aside rather than addressed, and there was no effort to resolve the issues in a fair or professional manner. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values honesty, clear communication, or reliable customer support. Proceed with caution.
