  Small business like my friends here at Holloway computer is a great gem and staple for our town. He has helped me transfer some very old movies to hard drive.

  "Support System" are the operative words. I have no technical skill and panic at a computer glitch. Mr Holloway is kind, patient, and very skilled at helping me out. Highly recommend HSS.

  Whenever I had a laptop or printer problem, I'd called HSS. John is a friendly, professional guy. He would stop over, listen to the problem and whatever issue I had, he corrected it for me. I plan to call HSS again if I experience any further problems.

  CALLING THEY DONT ANSWER. THEIR SING ON THE WINDOW SAYS IT CLOSES AT CERTAIN TIME. NOT TRUE. THE SING IS FLASHING"OPEN" BUT IS REALLY CLOSED. THEY DONT CALL YOU BACK. THEIR CHARGES ARE OVERPRICED FOR SIMPLE FIXES. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A VALUABLE CUSTOMER.

  My parents, local to HSS, were having issues with their WiFi connection and I was unable to make the trip to figure it out. I called John and he visited them the next day to diagnose the issue and correct it. He was professional and quick - highly recommended. Support your local businesses!
