  I was having computer problems and could not access my programs. I called Best Tech and Mr Harold came out the following day. WHAT A BLESSING.!!! Harold was very nice and explained everything to me as he went through all my files and cleaned them out. In less than 1 hour he had fixed all my problems. I learned an important lesson today. Let a professional fix your computer. Mr Harold will always be my Computer Tech.

  I had a problem with my printer, and Harold was the greatest. He corrected by problem, guiding me over the phone and I am so appreciative. I am so appreciative!
