  Marvin was awesome to work with. He went out of his way to help me find the most affordable option to fix my laptop screen and never made me feel pressured. He was genuine, honest, and I could tell he actually cared about helping. He also took the time to teach me a few things to look for when deciding whether a repair is worth it or not, which I really appreciated. You can tell he knows his stuff, and it made the whole experience even better. Really enjoyed working with him - I’d recommend him again and again.

  I was kept in the loop with thorough explanations of diagnosis and how to go forward and why. He was much quicker than I had anticipated. His pricing is very fair as well. Overall, 10/10 from me and I will absolutely only be going through Ballard Computes!

He answered all of my questions, was very upfront about his capabilities and pricing, and ended up walking me through steps that saved me $500 and retrieved important information from my computer. This is without a doubt the company to use if you need laptop service

  Damage external drive. Ballard was able to recover all my data. He was very customer focused and communicated very well. It took him less than 48 hours to complete the job. I think he was very open and honest about my data recovery problem. The only area that concern me just a little, was not clear on how much it would cost to complete the process. After further conversation and him sharing how he cost projects, I was able to justify the cost. Overall, the experience was very good and educational. He let me know that I could contact him in the future if I have any concerns.
