- IPIan PhillippsMay 31, 20245.0We visited ProTech to see if they could assist a colleague whose computer was not responsive. The service was fast and friendly and they fixed the problem while we waited. It was not something we could have done ourself. We could not have received better support.
- MWMickey WilderFeb 24, 20205.0These folks are really sweet. They stock the oddball ancient printer tape and are able to provide repairs for our antique (but very expensive to replace)printers for work. They're reasonably priced and pretty darn quick with repairs.

- DDDylan DrendelJun 17, 20192.0Unfortunately their troubleshooting skills were not sufficient to accurately assess and fix my computer. The tech called and confidently told me the issue had been fixed, explaining that it was just a software issue, so I took their word for it. Within a day of having it back, it was not working again. So, rather than go through the same hoops with them again, I decided to send it directly to HP instead - turns out the motherboard needed to be replaced, and now my computer is working great. Lost a good amount of money and time with these guys, so I have to recommend looking elsewhere until they are able to hire more skilled and knowledgeable techs.

Within 1 business day, they had diagnosed a blown capacitor in my power supply and had me up and running by the end of the day. They were very fast and professional and definately know what they are doing. I will go here every time.
