  Was told very rudely that they're "not a copy shop" They talked to me like I was stupid and laughed at me. Their business is clearly labeled online as a "copy shop" VERBATIM. Fix your listing and learn some customer service skills

  Five stars for Charles and the whole Golden Gate Office Solutions team. We brought them in for a new copier placement at our Clinton Park site and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Charles, Willis, and their whole team were responsive and professional at every step. The delivery logistics were seamless and everything installed and networked without a hitch. They even offered to help move our old machine. As a nonprofit, we appreciate vendors who make things easy, and GGOS did exactly that. Highly recommend.

  We had an excellent experience working with Golden Gate Office Solutions from beginning to end. The entire process was professional, smooth, and very well coordinated. Charles was extremely attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. He made sure everything was handled properly and kept us informed every step of the way. Jason, the delivery driver, was punctual, professional, and very careful during the delivery and installation process. Everything was handled with great care and attention. Aaron, the service technician, did an outstanding job with the setup and configuration of the printer. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Overall, we are very satisfied with the level of service provided by the entire team. We truly appreciate the professionalism, communication, and support we received and would highly recommend Golden Gate Office Solutions.

  The sales process was straight forward, professional, and focused on my needs. Charles made a point of making sure he understood my copying, networking, and printing needs/wants and then made a solid reccomedation on which Canon Copier/Printer would best suit my needs. Delivery was complicated due to my home office being at the top level of my residence. When the delivery team was confronted with a far more difficult delivery (three levels up...), the team paused the delivery and regrouped bring out more delivery staff, and got the job done with ZERO damage to walls, hardwood floors, and door frames. Very pleased with both the sales and delivery of my copier!
