Charles was extremely attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. He made sure everything was handled properly and kept us informed every step of the way. Jason, the delivery driver, was punctual, professional, and very careful during the delivery and installation process. Everything was handled with great care and attention. Aaron, the service technician, did an outstanding job with the setup and configuration of the printer. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Overall, we are very satisfied with the level of service provided by the entire team. We truly appreciate the professionalism, communication, and support we received and would highly recommend Golden Gate Office Solutions.

Charles made a point of making sure he understood my copying, networking, and printing needs/wants and then made a solid reccomedation on which Canon Copier/Printer would best suit my needs. Delivery was complicated due to my home office being at the top level of my residence. When the delivery team was confronted with a far more difficult delivery (three levels up...), the team paused the delivery and regrouped bring out more delivery staff, and got the job done with ZERO damage to walls, hardwood floors, and door frames. Very pleased with both the sales and delivery of my copier!

Charles had stopped by a year prior and I kept his contact information. Low and behold, he was still working with GGOS! Charles got all the necessary people, paperwork, and implementation of a new device for us UBER fast! We had a wonderful delivery and installation experience with Delivery (Jason) and or Service Technician (Nash). We even had a challenge where Nash reached out to their high tier tech Rob, who jumped on and remoted in for expert guidance to resolve in 5 minutes or less! I can't recommend Golden Gate Office Solutions and their team enough.
