  Working with Kevin has been great. I came in looking for a gently used laptop because both my mom and her husband highly recommended him for repairs and purchasing computers. He was so helpful, answering all my questions and installing what I needed, with zero pressure. I learned a lot and appreciated his opinions on the different options I had. I went home with a nice used IMac Pro and a brand new iPad for a lot less than I was planning on spending on a new laptop alone. I was a little leery about buying used from just anyone. I have no doubt that if I have further questions or any issues, Kevin will be true to his word in providing any assistance I might need. I’ll be going back to purchase a phone soon. Thanks, Kevin

  I recently took my Mac to Eperimax in Fountain Valley and had an excellent experience. Kevin provided truly outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was attentive, honest, and very cost-efficient, taking the time to explain what was going on with my computer without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. Most importantly, he was able to get my Mac up and running again within just a few days, which was incredibly helpful. It’s not easy to find someone who combines technical skill with such great customer care, but Kevin absolutely does! If you need computer repair or tech help, I highly recommend Eperimax. Professional, efficient, and genuinely great service.

  Great communication. I was unsure if the iPod I needed fixed was fixable. Sure enough, Kevin pulled it off. He provided a clear payment expectation and was able to fix what was needed right in the price range he quoted. Definitely recommend this business, Keven was wonderful to work with.

  Experimax of Huntington Beach -just the max. Kevin Nonnemaker is very knowlagable and dedicated to getting the job done correctly and thoroughly. I have a 2011 MacBook Pro that was giving me many problems. After after Kevin worked on it, it works much better. I still need to replace the remote keyboard that I use with the computer. I recommend Kevin and his business to anyone who needs help with Maac OS computers.
