- LWLukas WilderJul 17, 20235.0As it's a newer system, it's got some issues that pop up every once in a while but if you mention it to the support team it get fixed within 30 minutes. The staff is constantly improving the program both on the front and back ends. It's easy to learn to use as a student and have used it for both EMT and medic, only difficult part to understand is what's fully required of us as students, but it does get easier as you progress through the course.
