  Worked with Aaron Resendez on a solution overview. He took the time to deeply explain every single component I needed to dive into. He even went into some overview on workflow setup, social media integration, etc. Could not be happier with a solution overview! I signed up and can't wait to get my tattoo removal business started on this great lead management software!

  I am a new medspa owner and went with Aesthetic record as my EMR system. Naturally, I needed a marketing company that I can communicate with patients and I went with lead AR. I was connected with Michelle who is my client success coach and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is always available and answers any and all of my questions every time I need them. This is a complicated system and I am so grateful I have Michelle to lead me throughout this process. What I like Most about LeadAR is the clinical support I have with Michelle and I could single-handedly say that my success with using LeadAR would not be the same if I didn’t have her help.

  After many recommendations from peers we decided to give LeadAR a try and now, it's frustrating to think we ever worked without it. Our sales rep, Aaron, has been phenomenal in getting us on our feet and setting up a productive workflow. The customer service has been great, he even met up with us for over an hour on a Saturday to guide us through some confusion. The system is set up in a very digestible and user-friendly way, and is incredibly effective for generating leads, automations, and online bookings. We're actively in the process of integrating all these features to our practice and it is super efficient and effective.
