  I am a new medspa owner and went with Aesthetic record as my EMR system. Naturally, I needed a marketing company that I can communicate with patients and I went with lead AR. I was connected with Michelle who is my client success coach and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is always available and answers any and all of my questions every time I need them. This is a complicated system and I am so grateful I have Michelle to lead me throughout this process. What I like Most about LeadAR is the clinical support I have with Michelle and I could single-handedly say that my success with using LeadAR would not be the same if I didn’t have her help.

  This is an excellent program! And wanted to commend our representative who is Michelle Gonzalez who has always been there for any questions and properly response to all emails and requests. I have had a few bumps on the road trying to set things up the way we want them for our practice, but Michelle does not hesitate to lend a hand and set up meetings to make sure that I know exactly what I am doing, and that I understand. If you are not tech savvy rest assure that you will be taken care of regardless because she is always there to explain and walk you through everything. !

  Michelle is simply amazing. She is fluent speaking English and Spanish, so that she has been very helpful to me, since my first language is Spanish. She has guided me and trained me all throughout the software/CRM so so well. She is very patient, willing to teach me on every single detail, to make sure no only that i get fully trained but also , I will feel comfortable me training my staff. Michelle is for sure the best trainer here I can asked for; she has even gone beyond her scope and she has helped me to correct some issues i had in AR that prevents me for the system works properly.
