We were having some issues with our phone numbers and it was turning into a real headache. Sharan stepped in and handled it the right way. He was thorough, patient, and stuck with it until everything was fully resolved. He didn’t just give a quick answer and move on he actually took the time to dig in, explain what was going on, and make sure it was fixed properly. Communication was clear the whole time. Best customer service experience I've had in a long time.

I honestly don’t understand how this company has so many positive reviews.
My experience has been the complete opposite.
Every representative I spoke with was overseas, and none of them could actually help me set up my account. My English isn’t perfect — I speak Ukrainian and Russian — but the real issue was their communication. The accents were so strong that I could barely understand what they were saying.
I asked multiple times to be connected with someone else or at least someone I could clearly communicate with. I was told twice that someone would reach out. No one ever did.
Meanwhile, you had no problem charging my card for a service I never even got to use.
When I tried to cancel, it turned into an exhausting process. Endless questions, no clear answers, and no actual help. Canceling was harder than signing up — which says everything.
I contacted support multiple times about canceling my subscription. No response. No follow-up. Nothing.
This feels less like a professional service and more like a system designed to take your money while providing minimal support.
I came in expecting a serious company that could help me automate my calls and CRM. Instead, I got zero support and a charge on my account.
I do NOT recommend this company — especially if English is not your first language. You will struggle to communicate, and no one will make an effort to help you.
Right now I’m still trying to get my $105 back for a service I never even properly started.
Extremely disappointing.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a serious situation involving a company that operates through your platform.
I was recently hired as a manager by this company, and during my onboarding process, one of the team members shared her experience with me. She explained that she, along with many others, has been working for months without receiving any compensation, without a formal contract, and under conditions that were presented as legitimate. This situation is deeply concerning and reflects a lack of oversight within your platform.
As someone who was brought into a leadership role, I find it alarming that I was not made aware of these issues beforehand. Like the rest of the team, I trusted the legitimacy of this opportunity based on the reputation and credibility of GoHighLevel. It is unacceptable that companies can operate in this way while using your services.
I strongly believe your platform must implement stricter transparency measures. At a minimum, companies should be required to provide formal employment contracts or verifiable documentation of working conditions when onboarding new employees. Cases like this where individuals are working without contracts or base salaries.should not be allowed to occur.
