  System is slow & lags on a daily basis. When you complain they always say it's nothing on their system even though it is the only program that is slow. Get error messages daily. Updates and changes almost always make something else not work. Customer service is almost non existent - can't call anyone, just email & hope someone will know what the solution is. Most responses take multiple back & forth over many days for someone who understands what the issue is to respond. A big part of my system has been down for going on 4 weeks and I only get a "we've escalate the issue and someone will get in contact with you". No one has gotten in contact. Company was sold years ago and it's been on a consistent decline ever since. Wouldn't recommend to anyone - stay away.

  Absolutely the least responsive technical support team I have seen from a software company in the last 24 years. They are really good at sales, and your law firm will love the demos. The roll-out team is supper attentive until the actual roll-out to production. This software has great potential but they are doing it wrong.
