- DDDiane DavisJan 12, 20215.0WES THE COMPUTER WHISPER My two computers were acting like a bitter divorced couple and initially they weren't even sharing the same login...refusing to communicate, fighting over files, and absolutely NOT sharing custody of the files. To make matters worse the tech could not do what needed to be done since he could not connect with Automate...so he escalated my issue. Enter Wes...as he walked into my office. Calm. Wise. Unbothered. He spoke their language, restored peace, reunited the files, and saved my sanity. Wes fixed the issue, explained it clearly, and he called to follow-up with me after the visit...to see if all was well. Now everything works beautifully. I didn’t just get tech support...I got tech peace. 10/10.
