They refuse to give me a refund. 0/5 will never recommend this place to anyone again. They kept sending me back and forth to the store then to support. I have bought all my electronics from Best Buy from before I was 18. They would have gotten a lot more money from me than $260 for future purchases, but I will not be giving them my business anymore.
