I am now in charge of printing a shipping label, providing a box, and finally shipping my defective product. Do not buy a protection plan from this company or better yet, Best Buy.

The guy that was trying to reboot it was searching up how to do it on his phone, I think they should know how to diagnose and fix it instead of just trying to google how to fix and charge $100. I recommend not going there for any repairs or issues they don’t know what they are doing.
