  Horrible service. Bought a protection plan through them and there is nothing actually done at the location. I am now in charge of printing a shipping label, providing a box, and finally shipping my defective product. Do not buy a protection plan from this company or better yet, Best Buy.

  I went to go for help in fixing my MacBook because it was stuck on recovery mode I asked them if they can fix it. The guy that was trying to reboot it was searching up how to do it on his phone, I think they should know how to diagnose and fix it instead of just trying to google how to fix and charge $100. I recommend not going there for any repairs or issues they don’t know what they are doing.

  Terrible company and they only care about fleecing people. Will see you a plan and insist that you can't leave the plan unless they charge a penalty

  They lie about the protection plans and don't cover what they say. Had a 2 year protection plan for an exchange no questions asked if item breaks or is defective. They never did. Told me it can't be done.
