The tech analyst who assisted me, Patrick Remy, provided excellent service, far exceeding my expectations. He not only resolved all of my issues but did so in an expert and insightful way. He is an superb communicator and problem solver. As a retired IT project manager myself, I am very impressed that Best Buy Geek Squad Prince Albert has such high performers on their staff. We will make a point of going there for our future technology and entertainment system needs. Thank you!
