- JHJN HMar 25, 20221.0Le service de "Plan de remplacement" est très ordinaire. Aucune information lors de la vente du téléviseur. Bon à savoir: le montant uniquement du téléviseur est remplacé, donc les promotions "on vous donne le plan de remplacement" en baissant le prix du téléviseur et en laissant le PDR au prix est une astuce pour vous rembourser moins en cas de bris. Ils ne feront AUCUNE réparation sur place et ne voudrons pas s'occuper de votre dossier. Vous devrez tout faire au téléphone, ils ne pourront même pas expédié l'article pour vous! J'ai passé près de 12h en 2 semaines au téléphone pour remplacer un téléviseur à 400$ (avec une valeur de 130$ pour le plan de remplacement!!), et toujours rien. Ils veulent qu'on trouve une boite pour expédié nous même un téléviseur de 60 pouces. Le téléviseur est chez ma belle mère qui est âgée. Nous avons acheté le plan de remplacement pour la sécurisé, mais en fait nous avons perdu temps et argent. Comment une personne âgée pourra trouver une boite pour retourner un téléviseur de 60 pouces pour ensuite l'expédié. Le profit de leur plan de remplacement se base sur le peu de gens qui l'utilise et les autres risques de ne jamais pouvoir s'en prévaloir. Aucun retour du service de BestBuy St-Bruno
