    Le pire service que j’ai jamais eu Mon laptop m’a lâché en achetant un nouveau ils ont proposé ce service pour configuration . Ils l’ont gardé et je dois attendre un appel pour le chercher après 24 heure je leur dit que je veux juste l’avoir sans configuration et je veux annuler cet abonnement, à ma grande surprise le gars m’a répondu ‘: je m’en fous’

    Du gros n'importe quoi sa fait un mois que j'essaye de faire honorer ma garantie prolongée QUE J'AI PAYÉ et je dois recevoir un courriel pour envoyer la tablette et le courriel n'arrive jamais sa fait 5 fois que je passe de heure au téléphone avec des conseillers qui me réponde la demande est bloqué nous devons la refaire voici votre numéro d'incident attendez 24 a 48 heure pour aller voir sur internet et le site bloqué a tout les coup 🤬 ils.mont eu une fois et c'est la dernière fois que j'achète la tout cour

    Si vous voulez passez des heures à tentez de rejoindre une Cie.... appelez GeekSquad ! On passe des heures à tenter de les rejoindre... et après 30 minutes la ligne raccroche... et quand on arrive à avoir la ligne personne ne sait quoi faire... on vous promène de département en département !
