Le vendeur vous explique que c'est un paiement mensuel pouvant être annulé n'importe quand cependant, quand vous l'annulez ils vous demandent des frais d'annulation. Les paiement due jusqu'à la date anniversaire de l'achat. Merci Geek squad encore un très beau service client.

Habituellement on se dirait que geek squad ferait tout en leur pouvoir pour remédier à la situation, mais non! Impossible de me faire rembourser, impossible d'avoir un nouveau cellulaire ou même impossible de le faire réparer. Très mauvais service, après 2 ans de loyaux services envers eux j'obtiens de loin le pire service de protection avec qui j'ai eux affaires
