I had a very bad experience with this company.
After we moved to our new home and after one month, I unpacked my TV, turned it on and see a couple of lines from the top to the bottom. Based on that, I opened an incident from their dashboard. They sent a technician to check the TV and take a photo. After two days, they closed the incident without any notes or email. I called them to know what happened with the incident, and they said, "your plan don't cover physical damage caused by an impact". I replied to the guy saying there is no physical damage or impact on the TV, only lines are shown, and it became dark. Given I was not agreed with his statement, I requested to talk to a supervisor. After 2 weeks, a supervisor finally called me and said : "based on the photo we received, there is an impact" which is completely false. There is no impact or physical impact on the TV. The technician was able to confirm that himself. He saw that when he turns off the TV it looks perfect and once he turned it on, then you see lines and only lines. Then technician event said, before he left :" They might repair the TV or replace it".
I also wanted to mention that my call with the supervisor was the worst.
I really do not know why they handled the case liken this.
- maybe the technician sent a wrong photo
- maybe they handled another case and not mine
I cannot guess the reason behind the way they handled it.
I will create another incident because I cannot spend 4 years paying for this insurance, and today they do not want to take their responsibilities, it's not fair at all.

Derniere fois jprend une garantie pour mon cell yon doubler les frais de garantie avant tu payait juste si les domage etait causer par ta faute et ctai 100$ maintenant ces rendu 200$ pis ca peut importe le cell que ta ces dla grosse arnaque rendu la 350$ la garantie plus le 200$ ca revien moin cher acheter un cell neuf
Avoir su jamais jaurai prix la garantie pour mon iphone xr ces carrement du vol
Jvas aller acheter mon cell ailleur que best buy la prochaine fois au 2 ans y change les terme de garantie sans ten informer
