Bad, very bad experience, from the reception to the delivery of the device. I do not recommend them at all!!!!. The only thing they are interested in is to sell you an insurance that according to them is the solution for everything.
First the technician says that it is normal for a new device to have defects, in fact, a month later the device failed completely.
I send it for repair and they contact me to tell me that the technician did not know why the device failed. If the technician doesn't know, what can I expect from the rest of the service? Finally, apparently they repaired it and sent it by UPS, the equipment does not arrive after 4 weeks of waiting, I find out that by mistake they sent it to BC when the delivery should have been in Quebec. Calling the customer service phone is impossible, more than two hours on hold on each call to answer and say they don't know where the equipment is or when it will arrive.
Unprofessional and careless, terrible customer service! Total frustration!
