Un cloud qui anyway y'a plein de compétiteur gratuit et un anti virus qui bloque et ralentis l'ordi! Je tente d'appeler pour canceler. On me dit qu'il faut aller en magasin. En magasin, on me dit d'appeler! Ensuite, on tente de me faire croire qu'ils ont installé windows! Heille, ça vient préinstaller ce truc là! Bref, pour canceler, faut ravoir l'ordi, la clé USB qui venait avec (en théorie, car on en a 2 sur 3 pc) et tout ce qu'ils ont à faire se cancel à distance... Bref, je ne ferai plus jamais affaire avec Geek Squad!!! Je vais en avoir perdu des heures avec eux....
