- MMMasterzoockerJul 18, 20231.0Apres plusieurs tentatives de réparer mon PC moi même pendant 1 semaine. Je me suis dit que je devais faire appel a des professionnels. Je mis suis rendu a 11h00am. Je leur ai expliquer mes problemes et on m'a répondu que il auront un diagnostic dans 24 a 48 heures. Apres plus de 48 heures on menvoie un courriel a 18h54 me disant de mis rendre le plus tôt possible. Je mis rend pour réaliser qu'il ferme à 19h00. Donc je mis rend le lendemain pour qu'on me dise que mon PC est correct et que les problemes sont résolu. Rendu chez moi je remarque qu'ils ont oublier de mettre mon cable d'alimentation. Je retourne a la geek squad pour reprendre mon cable et je retourne chez nous pour allumer le PC et que je me retrouve avec les meme problemes que lorsque je l'ai amener. En résumé, 114$ plus tard je me retrouve toujours avec les meme probleme que lorsque je l'ai présenté la première fois.
