At videotron could help me with my phone and I got to the geek. Squad in Lasalle, and I was served this guy named Brice, what a nice person, very polite, very nice. And he fixed my phone in 2 minutes. When videotron, spent 30 minutes on it and could not do nothing. They just made it worse, so thank you so much. Brice, go see this guy, he's worth it. in lasalle

I was told I can get my laptop fixed for free if I become a member and when I brought my laptop at the store after paying the monthly fees for 6 months they wanted to charge me extra money for shipping the device to be looked at another location, and I was told they might not fix it if they do not know how to do it but the $80 shipping fee will not be refunded!!!!! They wanted me to pay for a service that I might not get! They also make you sign that you agree you will pay the service monthly fee for several months before you can cancel it. So even if you don't get any service you still need to make your payments.
