At videotron could help me with my phone and I got to the geek. Squad in Lasalle, and I was served this guy named Brice, what a nice person, very polite, very nice. And he fixed my phone in 2 minutes. When videotron, spent 30 minutes on it and could not do nothing. They just made it worse, so thank you so much. Brice, go see this guy, he's worth it. in lasalle

They told me it wasn’t fixable and that the hardware was damaged which would basically cost me another surface. Deciding to try something myself, with a little due-diligence I succeeded in getting it to work again with just visiting the Microsoft website! Happy they couldn’t figure it out because I just saved 100 bucks
