Il m'ont fait payé le diagnostic et le prix d'un diagnostic et de transfers de données (d'un seul dossier ayant des données non utiles). Ils m'ont dit qu'ils allaient déduire le prix original du diagnostic au prix du problème final, ce qui n'a pas été le cas. Ils m'ont aussi installé Windows 10 au lieu de Windows 11. De plus, ils ont installé un logiciel Acronis que je n'avais pas besoin. À savoir ce qu'ils ont offerts comme service, je vais éviter de gaspiller mon argent et régler les problèmes par moi-même.
