Ma laveuse est brisée et c'est MOI qui doit faire les démarches avec les techniciens sous traitants même si j'ai payé une garantie de 200$ pour faire affaire via best buy!! Un technicien vient réparer ma laveuse après 1 semaine et demi et le lendemain, ENCORE BRISER. N'achetez RIEN chez eux. Le service est pitoyable. Je suis encore au téléphone avec eux pour la 1000ieme fois. Inacceptables Si je pouvais mettre -1000 étoiles je le ferais.

Ne vous abonnez jamais à leurs services.
