I was trying to get the benefits of my warranty for my airpods pro and no one was helping me WHICH IS THEIR JOB! They were sending me person to person, eventually I walked to the Geek Squads front desk where I was noticed by Ben. He stopped what he was doing and quickly came to the front desk from the back and offered me his ear. I explained everything, how much difficulty I’ve been facing trying to get the benefits of my warranty and expressing how I just want it to be over with. To him it was like hearing what does 2 + 2 =? He knew exactly what to do and thoroughly explained me step by step what to do. Then he insisted allow him to take care of it for it was really simple, I gave him my receipt and he went to the back on his computer and punched in all my essential credentials necessary for the warranty application. Within 2 minutes time he was done and I was all set to go. Now that is what you call good business! I can now happily say I have received my e-receipt from best buy. Thank you so much Ben!!!
