    What a joke, so disappointed! I have an ASUS Tablet that I had brought into the Whitby location as I was referred to BestBuy Geek Squad by Asus Canada. I waited in line, a tech was working the line as there was a bit of a wait asking people what help they needed. I began to explain my issue and handed him my Tablet, he looked at it and said we don't service these tablet's and sent me to a computer clinic in the Oshawa Centre. I called Asus Canada when I arrived home and told them they should not be sending people to BestBuy as their "certified" go to as this was a total waste of time.

    Called for a simple quote, their phones were hard to navigate to talk to someone if you're a new customer it's expected to apparently already be one. I sat on hold for well over half an hour, gave up and called back and tried a different extension. Got through to someone who had to apparently transfer me.. some how I ended up right back at the main menu... then I find someone else who forces another phone transfer just for the broad to tell me I have to go in and talk to them in person about setting up security cameras That's right.. security cameras. All of that for one installation. Give me a break. Needless to say for people who are supposed to be tech savvy they are clearly useless and will never get a customer out of me when it was that much headache for a simple question
