  So I was worried when I went with geek squad over say Gibson or natural sound but the two gentlemen who mounted my TV and help set it up did a great job and make sure to keep it clean while they did it. I wish I knew their names so I could call their manager but alas, I did not ask. I tried to give a tip but they said no. I asked for a feedback email and they said one was coming but I didnt get it so I hope someone sees this and gives them a raise. Thank you for the great job.

  Bought a Greek squad membership for my father in law so they could help him at home. First problem he had with his harmony remote they tell me $50. Why did I but the Greek squad membership? I have no idea. Never buy a Geek Squad membership, waste of money and reflects poorly on Best Buy as a whole.

  I have a warranty for a refrigerator with Geek Squad and this is the third time they are sending a technician to fix the issue which has been fixed twice already. I have a two month old and I store mu breast milk in the refrigerator and this is the second time I am throwing away precious breast milk and I noticed the refrigerator is broken again. When I call geek squad for a replacement they shoved their policy that 4th time diagonose of a problem will be needed for a replacement on my face, without even trying to understand the huge issue. All they could say (Agent Will) is I am sorry for the inconvenience as if throwing away precious breastmilk is just an inconvenience.
