    Told by (Downsview) agent my laptop had to go to Brampton for hardware repairs yet it says they do hardware repairs there, so why is my laptop going to Brampton. Not delivered yet told they had there own pickup but it's going UPS. Not comfortable having my laptop moving around so much. Took laptop in for beeping sounds, under warranty. Decided to take my laptop back after I spoke with another tech person. Then they tell me the charger wasn't with them to return and yet I took it in with the laptop. Quite honestly he said it didn't start so I said charge it and I pulled my charger out of my bag and then he took it with him to the back and it was not returned to me. This was not right. They gave me another small charger but the one I had brought with me was much bigger and used for another laptop as well. Sorry I had the agent I dealt with. Felt much better talking to another tech on the floor with long hair. He projects confidence that he's knowledgeable.

    Terrible customer service and no help whatsoever. Typical Millennial help, bad attitudes and make you feel as if you are "doing them a favor".
