    Told by agent my laptop had to go to Brampton for hardware repairs (took to Downsview location) and they say they do hardware repairs, so why is my laptop going to Brampton. Not delivered yet told they had there own pickup but it's going UPS so it's not delivered yet. Not comfortable having my laptop moving around so much. Took laptop in for it beeping (5 beeps) on and off, under warranty. Decided to take my laptop back after I spoke with another tech person. I didn't feel confident that the CSR knew what he was talking about. Pay for protection plan but service is questionable. Then they tell me the charger wasn't with them to return and yet I took it in with the laptop. Quite honestly he said it didn't start so I said charge it and I pulled my charger out of my bag and then he took it with him to the back and it was not returned to me. This was not right. They gave me another small charger but the one I had brought with me was much bigger and used for another laptop as well. Sorry I had the agent I dealt with as he wasn't very attentive. Felt much better talking to another tech on the floor with long hair. He projects confidence that he's knowledgeable.

    Terrible customer service and no help whatsoever. Typical Millennial help, bad attitudes and make you feel as if you are "doing them a favor".

    I have worse experience two times they didn’t cooperate with me they make me upset two times by the name of coverage they take money but when it’s time to fix they explain other requirements they didn’t mention while customers buy coverage this happen two time I spend total 270$one time and 56$other time for nothing it’s is not fair to not explaining agreement and later tell them that you signed the agreement be careful when buying from there
