    Geek Squad @ Laird + Leaside in Smart Center in East York are the most Incompetent team that I ever have seen. We had to cancel are membership. Why because during our TV installation they mounted it to high and could not connect back our Home Theatre System. Also could not take the time to program our Bell remote to turn on and function out TV with just one remote. Should have also showed us how to operate our new TV that we purchased from Best Buy. $ 249 plus being a member is such a waste. They simply don't care. Also showed up 3 hours late. Completely a Disaster! This is a Scam for incompitent customer service. Now I see why the ratings of the reviews are low, simply deplorable. I noticed all the geek squads across the GTA are Low Grade. Never again.!!!!

    The worst customer service I experienced ever. Spent 1 hour on the phone to get to the right department for Mobile & Tablet services to repair the charging port on the tablet board but this is what the agent didn't understand and gave me another number to call that was Appliance repairs then next agent forwarded call to Computer department they refused forwarded me to Mobile & Tablet services that no one responded. So embarrassing and poor service, it was my first time calling Joke team not Geek. Very disappointed and I would recommend not to buy any protection service from Geek. At least they must train the front line staff how to deal with the customers. You are charging for your time but try to understand our time is also important.
