    Geek Squad @ Laird + Leaside in Smart Center in East York are the most Incompetent team that I ever have seen. We had to cancel are membership. Why because during our TV installation they mounted it to high and could not connect back our Home Theatre System. Also could not take the time to program our Bell remote to turn on and function out TV with just one remote. Should have also showed us how to operate our new TV that we purchased from Best Buy. $ 249 plus being a member is such a waste. They simply don't care. Also showed up 3 hours late. Completely a Disaster! This is a Scam for incompitent customer service. Now I see why the ratings of the reviews are low, simply deplorable. I noticed all the geek squads across the GTA are Low Grade. Never again.!!!!

    These people are either criminal scam artists or remarkably incompetent. They can't get anything right, and waste an enormous amount of time. Their priority is only on trying to upsell you more equipment that you probably don't need instead of just setting up your existing equipment. Horrendous customer service. Awful experience. Never pay for Geek Squad.

    Two months old iPhone got repaired, not replaced. When I took the iPhone with malfunction of display (no response to touch) to them, the lady said they did not have anything in stock, no display, no new iPhone, nothing. The only choice I can do was to allow them keep my iPhone and wait a week for part delivery and then they can repair. The other choice was that I can take the malfunctional iPhone back without warranty repair. The lady did call another location, the same, no display, no new iPhone, nothing. I do not understand, they are Apple authorized service, but they do not have anything for the newest model of iPhone 13 pro. I also do not understand my 2 month old iPhone is now a repaired product, feel bad
