  Nice store but no customer service, no greeting and even the managers don't acknowledge you unless you're in line to make a purchase. Possibly short staffed but on a dead day like today you would expect to be attended to without having to track someone down.

  Biggest scam on earth. They sold me a membership when I bought the TV and told me protection plan is only $149.99 for 5 years instead of $500 whatever it is suppose to be. They told me I need to keep my member ship for a full year otherwise they will charge me the difference for the membership fee for a full year, fine. Now that a year is passed they want to charge me the full price for the TV protection plan because I am cancelling the membership. I already paid the $149.99 that is what I was told. These guys look for anyway to make money. Report them and don't purchase from best buy!

  Geek Squad are either scammers or remarkably incompetent. They can't get anything right, and waste an enormous amount of you time. Their priority is only on trying to upsell you more equipment that you probably don't need instead of just setting up your existing equipment. Horrendous customer service. Awful experience. DO NOT PAY for Geek Squad.
