- CPCody PlanteJul 24, 20251.0The customer service of the in-store reps was really bad. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes watching the employees have a conversation with one another and making eye contact with me, i waved and still nothing. I'm sure their service for repairs is good as it gets shipped away and is not done in store. Edit: needs to be less than one star. When I eventually spoke with a worker, they took my computer pin and told me I would receive a call when it was being repaired. I check my email this morning to see I have a missed email from geek squad saying they need my laptop pin. My laptop pin was provided and is on the paperwork I was given ( carbon copy). Why is there no accountability at this place? If you don't have a warranty for your products DONT BRING THEM TO GET FIXED BY GEEK SQUAD Edit: these clowns want me to contact them and run me through 100 loops again. You have my email you can contact me if you'd like.
