- DADaemion AdamsApr 1, 20251.0I got the 1 year membership specifically to bring my computer in to figure out why its crashing with higher performance games. They had it for one day and claimed they fixed it which they didn't. They claimed they did everything they could so I had it sent to their headquarters. After having it for over a month they claimed they were unable to get my computer to crash, even after they called and asked for step by step instructions on how to cause one. I wish I checked the reviews before getting into a contract here.

When push came to shove and I needed a new phone they wanted a $1000 deposit for a new phone and if not that wait 7 days for a new one and still get charged $200. Bruh this phone is years old and isn't even worth $200 new on any marketplace. Any other insurance company on phones give u one free replacement no questions asked ... So hilarious . My phone isn't even broke but someone told me to call and see what they would say in this case .. my God .. money wasted . What a damn joke 🤦🏼♀️😂😂😂 the girl was also so salty that I wanted to cancel this scam plan lol
