  awful Services there. so bad they can break your computer. dont even think of going there for something simple. While i was walking around best buy I wanted my Computer to be cleaned, so i asked geek squad how much and how long. they said 50$ and it will be done by tomorrow in the morning, and when i came back at 1pm, it still wasn't complete, so i came back day later and the computer was not well cleaned, dust was still everywhere, the fans was not touched as well. but luckily we got a refund and i thought that was it. NOPE THEY BROKE THE RAM SLOT, and they were so dumb they thought the stick was dead and the not slot, so basically i spent money on a upgrade i didnt need, but they made me think i needed it. Personally i do not think they were trying to get more money out of me, i think they were just stupid. luckily they did give me a 30% discount but that still was 76$ for nothing valuable (i had originally had a 16GB ram stick, but i got now three 16GB sticks. nobody needs 32gb of ram for gaming) learn this lession everyone "dont bring your computer there unless you want it to come home geeked"

  Been buying the screen protectors for phones for the last 3 phones I've had, lifetime warranty as long as you keep the phone I was told and records would be filed electronically on thier end. During 1st installation theu covered the speker on front, they fixed after repeated times telling them it was a issue with install. 2nd time I went to get it replaced because of a scratch they couldn't find my transaction, was stupid and bought another one. No issues with the next one and then nothing with the phone after that. But last year bought new phone, and tried them again. They put it on and partially covered my front camera and was was not able to bring back right away, finally had 40 mins where I didn't need my phone only to find out was a 1 year warranty not a lifetime as promised at the time of purchase and not willing to fix thier original mistake, offered to sell me a new, I dont think so..... DO NOT BUY

  SCAM ALERT, do not pay for the monthly warranty!! My laptop crashed and I tried to go through geek squad warranty and they gave me no options to get it fixed..... very rude customer service not helpful, were not willing to workout a solution with me! I recommend to avoid geek squad at all costs!
