I finally had enough and took it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy in St Catharines. I was very impressed with the technician who served me….his name was Shadhath. He was very patient with me ( I am not too computer savvy) and explained what my problem was and fixed it! Very happy customer!!

- JHJustin HOct 29, 20211.0Becarful with your Geek Squad subscription. Make sure you document when you cancel your subscription after the 2 years mark or they'll keep charging you. They kept charging me for over 2 years without realizing it after I called them to cancel it. Which means they stole over $400 and they won't return the money. The subscription service are crooks.
