I visited the STC showroom to cancel and they said I can cancel only from 1 800 number. I called the number and the wait time is over an hour and still could not talk to them. I wasted more than 4 hours on 4 different times trying to connect. I left a message to call back so many times, NO RESPONSE. Why is it so difficult to cancel their membership? Are they tying to take our money though we don't want their services? My membership goes to an automatic renewal as of September 1st and I have no way of canceling it, as no way to contact them. I may end up paying my hard earned money for this losers. WHAT A WAY TO STEAL THE MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMERS. KEEP IT UP BEST BUY!! I hope i can to cancel the membership without paying anymore. Lets try again and wast my time.
