Went to use it today for the first time turns out I’m paying over $20 a month for no reason tried to get a screen protector installed, but apparently they only use their warranty ones which, of course they were out of, even though they had a bunch on the shelf. The guy had the nerve to try to make me buy the one from the shelf. I cancelled my membership today. Worst customer service ever.
