People online and people in the store tell you different things about the process. Online chat customer services are unable to really help. Can't cancel anything online making you wait on hold for a representative. The whole thing is just a miscommunication on their end. I ended up being double charged for 3 months for home plan and had to fight tooth and nail for a refund. It's disappointing.
