- RLRoger LintonJul 28, 20215.0This started off as a horrific adventure, damn!!! I must of called 6 numbers and listened to an hour of prerecorded messages with no useful information. And when I got ahold of a real person they sent me back into the prerecorded message maze. But once I came in the guys at the Geek Squad counter were amazing! My issue was the computer that needed fixing was my son who is in engineering and basically needs to spend every day with it. They told me to come in first thing and I could wait, would be about an hour. 26 minutes later all done. Under promise over deliver.!!!! Love it! My membership has been totally worth it! Thank you 😊
