- DNDennis NakoolakAug 18, 20251.0Geek Squad Team Lead at 380Coventry Rd., Ottawa just tried to cheat by making me wait 15 mins before any service with no one in front of me so they can charge the higher price of 30 mins service instead of the lower price for 15 min service when it only took 10 mins to resolve my issue with a few clicks. Don’t be cheated by the two technicians. Also making an official complaint on to of this review.
