I have spent many hours trying to solve problems and getting frustrated. The people at Geek Squad are great. They are polite, courteous and most of all know what they are doing. If you are like me then you definitely need them. Their prices are reasonable and the service is great. If your Best Buy warranty has run out you can still get Geek Squad directly from them. They are adding new services all the time. I do not work for them nor do I personally know anyone who works there. I am not a professional influensor nor am I being paid in any way by Geek Squad. I am just a very satisfied customer. Check them out.
