    If a store full of geeks cannot program an effective phone robot that doesn't waste your time and run on at the mouth before giving you everything except an option for your situation, we should perhaps admit that these things are an unviable technology that just wastes the customer's time and sends all the wrong message about just "how much they value you as a customer".
