  Honestly geek squad is full of incompetent employees that can’t do their job right, if you can’t qualify for work, than you might as well resign because your service is disgraceful and dishonest. Terrible place to fix your electronics , wouldn’t recommend and would sue for faulty repairs. This Alienware m16 costed me 2.3k Canadian dollars, and they “fixed” something that broke the next morning. Personally I don’t hate the owner of the business, I just don’t think the employees deserve the position to work at geek squad, since they’re very incompetent. Would give 5 stars if they’d fix it properly, sadly now I have to replace the whole keyboard somewhere else rather than geek squad. Thank you. - Mel

  We've been waiting endlessly for our dishwasher to be repaired under the Geek Squad extended service plan. On the scheduled appointment day, we stayed home all day—only for no one to show up. After wasting 45 minutes just to reach a human on the service line, the advisor was helpful and escalated the issue. But guess what? We're still waiting for the appliance service team to call us and schedule an appointment. Had I known the service would be this slow and unreliable, I would never have wasted my money on this so-called "protection plan." This experience has been nothing but frustration. I will never purchase a protection plan from Best Buy again! Update: Despite the owner's response offering to "make this right," nothing has changed. We originally created this service request on March 1st, and after multiple calls to Geek Squad, we still received no service. We wasted our time waiting, only to be ignored. In the end, I had to order the faulty part myself and repair the dishwasher on my own—rendering the expensive protection plan completely useless. This has been an absolute waste of money, time, and trust. I am someone who is capable of repairing things myself, but what about customers who aren’t? What happens to those who rely on Geek Squad for the service they paid for? If this is how they treat customers, I can't imagine how frustrating it must be for people who don’t have the ability or resources to fix things on their own. Best Buy and Geek Squad's service has been unacceptably slow, unreliable, and frustrating. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing their protection plans, as they offer zero value when you actually need them. Would never trust this service again!

  It's was great experience the install 2 TV they did it in a very professional way I highly recommend them.
