    Terrible terrible garbage service never everrr going to spend a dollar in Best Buy again. Employees are not trained and they are very poor in service. I have no words to describe my experience!!!!

    I had an issue with my laptop..fast, friendly service. Dropped it off Sunday and got delivered to my door Wednesday. Very happy!

    Faulty installation of MS Word - gave me product key already used by someone else. They want to charge me extra to follow up and fix it. Worst service ever - senior abuse.
