    Try to call because I'm looking for a repair. Chatbot asks if I have a protection plan and if I'm a member and when I answer no the automatic system hangs up on me. If that's their first line of customer contact, it'll be their only.

    They strongly lack proper customer services. Slow responses (if you're even recognized) and not enough relief to solving problems.

    Unprofessional staff with no sense of empathy. Would not recommend. We brought in a new iPhone to get a screen protector installed ($10 for the service) and they gave it back to us with a bunch of bubbles and dust still under the screen protector. We had asked beforehand if there would be any bubbles before paying (peace of mind) because we have had screen protectors installed before with no bubbles. After we brought it up, they were visibly annoyed (it's your job?) and kept reinstalling but every time would come back hoping we would accept it with all the dust. After saying we would like one without no dust underneath, the supervisor then grabbed our new iPhone, tore off the screen protector, refunded us for the screen protector and told us there's nothing they can do about it. The manager even had the udacity to not refund us for the service ($10) until we brought it up to get our money back??? She left us with nothing after 2 hours of waiting for them to do their one job. No empathy or any compensation. We ended up doing it ourselves... no bubbles or dust.

    Got ripped off a macbook for the warranty 1000 dollars, told me to pay as soon as it was up since there was a problem with my macbook air. Well i had a macbook pro for FIVE years used, no problems. Does that not tell you what a scam geek squad is, its shameful best buy even supports them
