    Try to call because I'm looking for a repair. Chatbot asks if I have a protection plan and if I'm a member and when I answer no the automatic system hangs up on me. If that's their first line of customer contact, it'll be their only.

    They strongly lack proper customer services. Slow responses (if you're even recognized) and not enough relief to solving problems.

    Terrible terrible garbage service never everrr going to spend a dollar in Best Buy again. Employees are not trained and they are very poor in service. I have no words to describe my experience!!!!

    Faulty installation of MS Word - gave me product key already used by someone else. They want to charge me extra to follow up and fix it. Worst service ever - senior abuse.
