    I went in there to get a graphics card installed. I expected to pay a few bucks. The technician kept coming up with excuses as to why something didn’t work, and kept telling me that I needed to buy more and more. He got up to $1,300 worth of stuff, when I decided enough was enough. I emailed the manufacturer of the computer I had originally bought. They told me they could install the card themselves free of charge. Free vs. $1,300. Were they trying to rip me off? You tell me…..

    My son and I brought his computer in for a major problem. Alex not only fixed the issue but was extremely professional and personable throughout the repair process. He took the time to show us what was wrong and explain to us what he needed to do to fix it. He provided updates on the repair and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Alex is an absolute asset the Geek Squad at Best Buy Argentia. Thank you So much, Alex!!!!!

    I needed a screen protector for my motorcycle and could not get one from the dealership in a timely manner. But he told me to see the boys at the geek squad so I stopped in on my way home. Not only did they fix me up with something he installed it right then and there in the parking lot. I won't say how little I paid but I'll tell you it was next to nothing especially considering how much HD wanted for a kit! I also walked out with a new nest product seeing I saved so much. Alex's helpfulness made a bigger sale for the store. Thanks Alex, it even made my stereo sound better lol
