    I purchased a doorbell with video and chime. I had the best customer service I've ever had when Jake and Jamie came to our house the second time. Unfortunately I am not tech savvy but everytime I had an issue they came to fix it. They were polite, showed professional traits, very friendly and efficient. Even when I shopped at the store your staff was always ready to serve me with a smile. I can not tell you how this is so refreshing to see as we are not in the same world as pre covid. Thank you Best Buy for the team with outstanding customer service.

    Do not buy warranty with them, by the warranty directly with Apple....these Geeks will rip off with their so called warranty...

    Please don’t buy extended warranty for TV, it’s a scam I bought my 65 “TV with extended warranty and after 2 yrs it started giving me issues and after inspection the repair guys could not fix it , they denied me a replacement TV , please don’t spend money on warranty
