Unfortunately I am not tech savvy but everytime I had an issue they came to fix it. They were polite, showed professional traits, very friendly and efficient. Even when I shopped at the store your staff was always ready to serve me with a smile. I can not tell you how this is so refreshing to see as we are not in the same world as pre covid. Thank you Best Buy for the team with outstanding customer service.
